Terms for Shopping With Cufuqnis™
Cufuqnis™ is operated by Global Lion, Inc. These Terms of Service explain the conditions that apply when you visit our online store, browse our collections, place an order, communicate with us, or use other features made available through the Cufuqnis™ website.
Throughout these Terms, references to “Cufuqnis™,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refer to Global Lion, Inc. as the operator of the store, as appropriate in context.

Cufuqnis™ offers vintage-inspired home, desk, decorative, craft, and everyday lifestyle pieces. Our collections may include products made from or designed to resemble materials such as wood, ceramic, glass, woven fibers, leather, and antiqued metal finishes.
We make reasonable efforts to present product photographs, measurements, materials, available finishes, descriptions, and other relevant details clearly.
However, the appearance of a physical product can differ slightly from its presentation on a digital screen. Monitor settings, lighting, photography, manufacturing processes, and material characteristics may influence how colors and textures appear.
Some Cufuqnis™ pieces intentionally emphasize handcrafted or naturally varied characteristics. Where applicable, variations in wood grain, ceramic glazing, woven texture, coloration, surface detail, or hand-finished appearance may occur between individual pieces. Such reasonable variations can form part of the intended character of the product and do not necessarily indicate a defect.

3. Availability and Store Information
Our assortment may evolve as collections change.
Products, variations, finishes, quantities, specifications, prices, or other store information may therefore be updated from time to time. We may introduce new products, discontinue existing pieces, or limit available quantities where reasonably necessary.
Displaying an item on the website does not guarantee that it will remain available indefinitely.
Although we work to keep store information accurate, occasional typographical, technical, pricing, inventory, or descriptive errors may occur. If we identify a material error affecting an order, we may correct the information and, where appropriate, contact you regarding available options or cancel and refund the affected transaction.
4. Placing an Order

An automated acknowledgment or confirmation message does not prevent us from reviewing an order for matters such as payment authorization, inventory availability, delivery information, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or other legitimate transaction concerns.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be returned in accordance with the original payment method and relevant payment-processing procedures.
Customers should review product selection, quantity, variation, delivery address, billing information, and contact details before submitting an order.
Because fulfillment can begin shortly after checkout, requests to modify or cancel an order cannot always be completed once processing has started.
Unless we have expressly agreed otherwise, products offered through our consumer storefront are intended primarily for personal or household use rather than unauthorized commercial resale.
5. Prices and Payment
Prices applicable to a purchase are presented through the store and confirmed during checkout.
Our U.S. storefront generally presents product prices in United States Dollars (USD) unless another currency is expressly shown.
Taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, import costs, or other applicable fees may be handled separately depending on the destination and transaction. Any charges collected directly through our checkout will be presented before the order is submitted.
Current standard shipping terms are described separately in our Shipping Policy, including our $3.99 standard shipping charge for qualifying orders below $39.99 and free standard shipping for qualifying merchandise orders of $39.99 or more, subject to the conditions stated in that policy.
Customers are responsible for providing valid payment and billing information.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may depend on location or the payment services currently supported by the store. Payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders require processing before they are transferred to a shipping carrier. Current processing periods, estimated delivery windows, tracking practices, shipping charges, and international delivery information are provided in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates shown by Cufuqnis™ or a carrier are generally estimates unless expressly identified as guaranteed.
Weather, transportation disruptions, customs procedures, carrier operations, incorrect delivery information, holidays, and other circumstances outside our direct control can affect delivery schedules.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please review apartment numbers, unit numbers, postal codes, states or provinces, and other destination information carefully before checkout.
International purchases may also be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other requirements imposed by the destination jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to transfer risk to a consumer earlier than permitted under applicable consumer law.
7. Returns, Refunds and Order Concerns
Eligible returns and refunds are handled according to the Cufuqnis™ Return & Refund Policy.
Our standard policy currently provides a 30-day return period after delivery for eligible merchandise, subject to the conditions and exclusions described in that policy.
Customers should contact service@cufuqnis.com before sending merchandise back so that the applicable return instructions can be provided.
If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us promptly with your order information. Photographs of the item and packaging may be requested when they are relevant to evaluating the issue.
Statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted remain unaffected by these Terms.
8. Appropriate Use of the Website
Cufuqnis™ may not be used in a way that harms the store, other customers, our service providers, or third parties.

The Cufuqnis™ name, brand presentation, original written content, graphics, product photography, artwork, logos, visual layouts, and other proprietary store materials may be protected by trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights belonging to Global Lion, Inc., its licensors, or other respective rights holders.
Access to our website does not transfer ownership of these materials to the visitor.
You may view store content for ordinary personal shopping and informational purposes. Unless permission has been granted or applicable law provides otherwise, store materials may not be copied, republished, commercially exploited, distributed, altered, or used to create misleading associations with Cufuqnis™.
